We had a great experience at this hotel that quickly became our favorite in Koh Samui. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were impressive, and we felt we really got our money's worth. However, there were some inconsistencies with our stay, particularly when it came to staff behavior and room conditions on one occasion. Overall, it offers fantastic value for the price, especially given the family-friendly atmosphere.
